Because services are booked into a reserved time slot, refunds are limited:
- Full refund — if we cancel your appointment or cannot perform the booked service for a reason on our side.
- Full refund — if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment.
- No refund — for cancellations inside 24 hours, no-shows, or if you arrive more than 15 minutes late and we are unable to complete the service.
- Partial refund — where a service was started but could not be completed due to a client-side issue (e.g. reaction, discomfort), we will refund the portion of the service not performed at our discretion.
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. To request a refund, email hello@glowhub.live with your booking reference.
