Booking & Payment
Full payment is required upfront to secure your appointment — we do not take deposits. Payment is made online at checkout by card or EFT. No cash is accepted.

A quick read before your appointment. These small rules keep the studio calm, the schedule honest and your lashes looking their best.

Policy
Removals & Lash Prep
Please arrive with clean natural lashes no makeup, strip lash glue or residue. A R120 removal fee applies if lashes from another studio need to be taken off. A R80 lash bath fee applies if lashes arrive heavily coated in mascara, makeup or cluster glue.

Lateness & No-Shows
A R80 late fee applies if you are 10 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be cancelled and payment forfeited. No call, no-show will be charged 50% of the remaining service fee before a future booking can be made.

Cancellations & Reschedules
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot just message the studio. Cancellations inside 24 hours are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations forfeit the full payment.

Aftercare & Refills
Keep lashes dry for the first 24 hours and cleanse daily with a lash-safe foam. Refills are booked within 23 weeks to keep your set full. Anything past 3 weeks is priced as a new set.

Guests & Comfort
Appointments are 1:1 please come alone so the studio stays calm and on schedule. Children can't be accommodated in the treatment room. Feel free to bring headphones, we love a quiet nap.
